Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at SHE WITH.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging intact.

Items That Can't Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: earrings and other pierced jewellery, and opened or used beauty products. Sale items marked as final sale are also not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at online.me.911@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm your eligibility and walk you through the next steps, including where to send your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you that it's been received and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at online.me.911@gmail.com with a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.
