Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:

Domestic (Kuwait): 2–5 business days
GCC: 3–7 business days
International (rest of world): 7–21 business days

These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
